

Giacometta Giraudi is a very fine hazelnut cream with a strong but at the same time delicate taste, which mixes a high percentage of Round Gentile Trilobate Hazelnuts with fine cocoa.
To enhance the strong bond of Giraudi with the Piedmontese chocolate tradition, its name is a tribute to Giacometta, the lively companion of Gianduia, a Piedmontese carnival mask.

Toasted IGP Piedmont hazelnuts (32%), cane sugar, vegetable oils (Italian Sunflower), bitter low-fat cocoa powder (10%), whole milk powder, cocoa butter. Emulsifier: Soy lecithin. Gluten-free.
