hill of Trento.
VINES:
Exclusively Pinot Noir with yields
unitary around 60 hl per hectare.
VINIFICATION AND AGING:
The grapes are harvested by hand in
boxes and vinified in white a
controlled temperature in steel;
in the spring following the
harvest takes place
foam in bottle with permanence on
yeasts for 36 months. Not at disgorgement
that a minimum is made
dosage of "liqueur d’expedition".
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS:
Persistent foam with perlage
fine and continuous. Yellow color
straw yellow, with golden reflections.
Complex, intense aroma.
Fruity notes of peach blend
with sweet hints of almond and
White chocolate. Enveloping to the
taste, of remarkable balance e
great persistence that closes
on an aftertaste of zest of
candied citrus and red currant.
