VINTAGE 2005

The delayed growing season and the hot summer until August culminated in pre-harvest rains that also recorded pronounced temperature variations, excellent for a good ripening of the mountain grapes. Although quantitatively the harvest was lower than average, the quality of the mountain Chardonnay was, however, very good, in particular for the balance between acidity and aromatic charge.
