Traditional blend of Macabeo, Xarel-lo and Parellada grapes.
The grapes are harvested manually, in 25 kg crates and transported quickly to the winery, to keep the characteristics of the different varieties intact.
The vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks, where the must ferments with a selection of its own yeasts. Half of the base wines then age for 3 months on the lees in steel, enriching the wine with structure and aromas before bottling.
It ages for about 15 months in the underground caves of the estate.
The nose releases fragrant hints of white fruits and flowers, honey and dried fruit, enriched by pleasant notes of bread crust, which are also confirmed in the mouth.
On the palate it is fresh and lively, with a good structure and a pleasant acidity that enhances its drinkability.
Very versatile, ideal as an aperitif, it also pairs well with seafood, tapas, fish dishes and desserts.
