PRODUCTION METHOD
Obtained by the fermentation method of the pressure in big containers (Charmat Method), at low temperature and in the presence of selected yeasts, in order to allow a more accurate fermentation. The fermentation is stopped by cooling to maintain adequate residual sugar, equal to approximately 10%.
'S NOTES
A Asti Spumante elegant, with good acidity that admirably supports the sweetness of the Muscat grapes. One of the historical products of our winery, located in an area where it is very high vocation for this typical grape of Piedmont.
