The wine
Maggiarino comes from the vineyards of the homonymous farm, one of the most suitable areas of La Braccesca. A balanced wine capable of enhancing the fragrant varietal character through the silky tannins typical of the Nobile di Montepulciano area, a historic Tuscan denomination.

Vinification
The best Sangiovese grapes, coming from a selection of the vineyards of the Maggiarino farm, one of the most suitable areas of La Braccesca, have carried out a vinification process aimed at preserving the aromas and enhancing the structure. After destemming and soft pressing, the grapes were transferred to stainless steel tanks where alcoholic fermentation took place at a controlled temperature of 28°C; at the end of the maceration, which lasted for about 20 days, the wine was transferred to tonneaux, where the malolactic fermentation took place and the refinement process began, lasting about 12 months. Following bottling, which took place in the spring of 2019, the wine rested in the bottle for at least a year before being released on the market.
