Pinot Blanc, although not a native white grape variety, is nevertheless typical of Alto Adige. This elegant wine comes from selected vineyards near Bolzano. It convinces with its pleasant, refreshing taste and consistent acidity.

Taste: fresh and with a pleasant finish
Pairing as an aperitif, with asparagus, fish and shellfish dishes such as spaghetti with seafood, vegetarian dishes. Serving temperature 11 - 13°C.
