Soil composition Of morainic origin, it shows a good presence of skeleton on calcareous rocks. The texture is of medium texture with a good supply of clay; an organic fertilization every four years is the only intervention of natural integration.
100% Chardonnay grape variety from the company's vineyards – “Campi n. 7 / 8” – Rearing with Trentino modified pergola.
Vinification Harvest by hand in small crates - soft pressing of the whole bunches - fermentation partly in steel, partly in small oak barrels. Maturation for 8 months on its lees, separated only at the time of the cuvée.
Cuvée Obtained from the union of the Chardonnay wines of the two plots, which for at least 30% have matured in small oak barrels.
Second fermentation The second fermentation takes place with the traditional classic method. The disgorgement operation is carried out after the wine has matured in contact with the lees for at least 36 months.
