TASTING
Visual exam:
Straw yellow with golden reflections. Extremely fine and persistent perlage.
Olfactory test:
Fine and intense aroma with hints of hawthorn, notes of apple, hazelnut and fruit
dry crowned with a light bread crust.
Taste test:
Valuable harmony and complexity. It expresses itself fully with sensations of
freshness and liveliness, in a skilful balance between softness and measured acidity.
Great finesse in the velvety and persistent finish. Citrus aftertaste
Combinations:
Throughout the meal, preference for molluscs, crustaceans, fish and risottos. Unparalleled
as an aperitif accompanied by cheeses and cold cuts. Excellent as a continuation of
evening.
