On the nose it is immediately intense with iodine and sometimes marine nuances, followed by memories and hints of fragrant yeasts, to end elegantly on a personal fruity note that reminds us of quince and citrus fruits, as well as a light floral scent of orange blossom and 'orange.

Incisive and complex sense of smell. Unquestionably consistent with its identity and its "mountain and dolomitic" terroir.

Clean and clear with its 48 months of rest on the yeasts.

Taste test: immediate and crunchy sip, with an excellent structure and an elegant acid/savory balance. Persistent and intense taste finish, it is correct to define it as "refined", characterized by an interpretation capable of giving "rigor, elegance and finesse" throughout the drink.

Ready to drink and balanced, it is characterized today by a strong evolutionary sense.

Pairings: excellent with first courses such as creamed risotto and second courses based on white meat, dishes based on lake or river fish, on an excellent salted sea bass or scallops au gratin.
