Barolo Chinato, of which Giulio Cocchi himself invented this original recipe, is the icon of the Italian family of aromatized wines. Produced with Barolo DOCG, flavored with Calissaja cinchona bark, rhubarb, gentian and the precious cardamom seed. On the nose, it opens with rich and woody notes of cinchona, tobacco leaves and spices, followed by dried Barolo rose and cocoa beans which go well with the fine cocoa that alternate in this experience. To accompany it, the delicious recipe of Gianduiotto n.3 and the intensity of our Granblend Nibs 75%, Granblend Sudamerica 80% and Granblend Sud America 100%.
