Production area

Valpolicella Classica, Tenuta Novare in Arbizzano di Negrar.

Wine maturation

In Slavonian oak barrels of 50 – 100 hectolitres for 7 years.

Bottle aging

At least one year.

Tasting notes

Intense red color, with garnet nuances. The typical notes of plum,

cherry and morello cherry stand out on the nose, followed by tea

leaf, licorice and spices. On the palate, hints of red berry fruit, sweetened by soft notes of spice, in perfect balance with acidity and tannin.
