Distinguished by fragrant aromas and fresh flavours, it is suitable for accompanying any type of dish.

VINEYARDS
Owned by the Speri company, located in Valpolicella Classica between 120 and 350 m above sea level. and precisely in the municipalities of San Pietro in Cariano, Fumane and Negrar.

VINES
Corvina Veronese 60%,
Rondinella 30%,
Molinara 10%.

WINEMAKING
Manual harvesting of the bunches; immediate pressing with crusher-destemmer; fermentation with maceration at controlled temperature.

AGING
Permanence in steel and vitrified concrete for 4 months. Bottle refinement.

ALCOHOLIC CONTENT
12.5% vol.

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
Ruby red color with violet reflections and intense vinous aromas of violet and cherry. Medium-bodied, fruity wine, to be drunk young.

GASTRONOMIC PAIRING
Ideal as an accompaniment to appetizers, soups, pasta, and typical Mediterranean dishes.
