Aged 15 years, a rich, full-bodied, deeply aromatic balsamic vinegar, extracted in limited quantities from barrels of the 1800s. It is called "Quarto Centenario" to celebrate the four centuries of Giusti's activity. A rich range of fruity aromas, thickness, density and dark brown color are the characteristics that aging gives to this precious Balsamic Vinegar. The flavor is the result of a precise and harmonious balance between sweetness and light balsamic acidity. Excellent to season rich dishes such as grilled meat or fish, and gives a lasting flavor to pasta and risotto. Also very much appreciated with drops on fruit, cheeses and desserts.

Ingredients: wine vinegar, cooked must. Contains sulfites.
