Numerotre is a double malt blonde refermented in a deep yellow bottle, slightly amber, obtained by using traditional German hops such as Perle and Mittelfrueher and the American Cascade, which make Numerotre bitter balanced and intense. The use of caramel malts gives the beer notes of cereals and malt, while the intense floral and exotic fruit aroma is enhanced by the Dry Hopping technique. The refermentation in the bottle guarantees the second fermentation, which is white and compact, and also the evolution of aromas and flavors over time. Numerotre is a beer sought after by real enthusiasts, indicated at the table with tasty cheeses, second courses based on red meats, noble poultry and game.
