When matured exclusively in selected Oloroso sherry-seasoned oak casks in Jerez, Spain, our rich, fruity and full-bodied 'new make' transforms into an iconic single malt. After bottling, the distillate remains undisturbed in the same casks for 18 years, to produce this rich and complex single malt, characterized by aromas of mature oak, ginger and raisins.
