Released for retail only, Bowmore 10 Years Old Dark & ​​Intense is the perfect marriage of classic sea peaty notes from Islay’s oldest distillery with sweet sherry cask notes. This single malt Scotch whisky is a perfect marriage of Spanish wooden casks that have previously held Oloroso sherry and American casks that have previously held bourbon.

Colour: Amber

Nose: Fruity and peaty on the nose with notes of citrus, vanilla, fruitcake, chocolate and a light hint of cinnamon with a hint of smoke

Paste: Slightly savoury on the palate with notes of citrus, dark chocolate, coastal peat and vanilla with hints of pepper and caramel

Finish: Good persistence with notes of raisins, coffee, sweet peat and a light touch of sea salt and toasted malt
