FLAVOUR Strong attack on the palate. Soft and round, with a slightly spicy and long finish. Hints of white oak and a sensation of sweetness.

AGEING Minimum 3 years in oak barrels previously used for Bourbon.

Tenjaku is created in the city of Fuefuki, located in the eastern part of the Kofu basin. Looking towards Mount Fuji and the Southern Alps, it represents a blessed place surrounded by boundless nature with verdant forests, beautiful orchards, hot springs and crystalline streams. The moderate mineral content of the water in this area contributes to the creation of a smooth and easy-drinking whisky, with a balanced flavour and a slightly alkaline nature. The symbol of Tenjaku, depicted on the bottle, is the lark (hibari), a beloved herald of spring in the East and West. Like the soft and harmonious song of this small bird, the flavour of Tenjaku whisky is pleasantly pure and smooth. Carefully selected whiskies and pure, natural spring water are expertly blended to create this distinctive whisky, with a harmonious and exquisitely balanced finish.
