Winemaking: The grapes are gently de-stemmed and left to macerate for a short period. It is then gently pressed and the must is allowed to settle. The must fermented at controlled temperatures in small French oak barrels where it matures for ten months.
Ageing: After fermentation, the wine settles on the lees in oak barrels for a period of about ten months. The bottled wine was aged in temperature-controlled rooms.
Sensory characteristics:
Colour: straw yellow.
Bouquet: penetrating, sweet and citrus tones beautifully fused; acacia flowers, lemon peel, chopped yellow peach, candied citron, white musk, tamarind; hints of chocolate and white pepper.
Taste: impact taste great and rewarding, harmonious. Notes of lemon tart and vanilla beans are combined with pleasant feelings savory and creamy.
Food pairings: Particularly suitable for dishes based on fish, risottos and fresh cheeses.
