Martin Foradori Hofstätter's passion for Riesling lo
led to being the first Italian to invest in the Saar,
the German wine region of the Moselle, where the noble
Riesling expresses itself at its best. In 2014 he took over e
relaunched the historic Dr. Fischer estate.

In 2022 his cross-border project took another step
expanded, reaching the Rheinhessen wine-growing area,
along the Rhine River.

Riesling "trocken" - that is dry - is a transversal wine
versatile, also ideal for those approaching for the first time
this splendid vine of international renown. Color
straw yellow, fresh acidity, the nose has the classics
notes of the Moselle terroir of flint and hints of
citrus fruits. Everything is reconfirmed on the palate.

VINIFICATION
As soon as they are harvested, the grapes are lightly pressed and the
