VINE VARIETY: Vermentino. VINIFICATION: After a first phase of soft pressure, follows a fermentation at controlled temperature (14-16°) in steel vats for a period of 20 days. COLOUR: Straw-colored yellow, with green highlights. BOUQUET: Fruity, with tones of pear and grapefruit, flowers and spices typical of Mediterranean forest. FLAVOUR: Full, liven up by a significant acidity, giving freshness and persistence. Dry mineral notes, elegant final.
