Variety: 100% Sauvignon Blanc. Brassica Altens: Altens (stone walls that once surrounded the vineyards) Brassica (yellow flowers present in the vineyards of this area in spring). Fermentation: in steel for 30 days at a controlled temperature. Aging: six months in semi-new barriques. An elegant and fruity wine. To the eye appears a beautiful straw yellow color. On the nose it is immediately present with notes of ripe fruit and vanilla to leave room for mineral sensations. On the palate it is full-bodied, full-bodied, slightly sapid and on the final soft and persistent. Alcohol content: 14%
