2019
The tenth edition consecrates APPIUS as a cult wine of the Winery. The 2019 harvest enjoyed an ideal summer and autumn that allowed Hans Terzer to give life to a new “work”. The formidable Cuvée is characterized by the fullness of its aromas, graceful in the reflections of its clarity, in the mouth it convinces with its extraordinary complexity and elegance.
TO THE EYE
Blonde yellow tending towards straw with rather bright reflections and green-olive tones
TO THE NOSE
The odorous load of tropical fruit (pineapple, mango, papaya), which comes from the Chardonnay, is extraordinary. While the Pinot Grigio and Pinot Bianco stand out with white-fleshed fruits such as quince and Williams pear.
ON THE PALATE
On the palate it gives a palpable intensity and richness. It has a completely linear and direct drink, precise and well-defined, solid and compact. The softness and acidity give a perfect balance.

VINIFICATION
Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation (except Sauvignon) and aging in barrique / tonneaux. Assembly after one year and further aging on the lees for three years in stainless steel vats.
