The different vines are harvested separately at the right degree of ripeness and the grapes come from the best terroirs of Languedoc.

Fermentation takes place at a low temperature and lasts from 15 to 30 days and the wine is bottled after a delicate filtration.
The wine has a delicate rosé color tending to salmon.

The nose is of medium intensity with floral and fruity notes accompanied by a pleasant mineral.
