ALTITUDE: 150 - 250 meters above sea level

SOIL: Very compact, from clayey limestone to silty clayey going towards the coast
TRAINING SYSTEM: Abruzzo pergola
DENSITY: 1.600-2.000 plants / hectare
AGE OF VINES: from 30 to 40 years

PRODUCTION: 6,500 bottles of 0.75 l. and 1.5 l. VINIFICATION
Vinification "in white", fermentation at a controlled temperature in steel. Aging in steel for the first 4 months "sur lies" in tanks positioned outside and in concrete for the following year. Bottled 15 months after the harvest without clarification, without forced stabilization and without filtration.

PRODUCTION: 7,500 bottles of 0.75 l. and 1.5 l.
