Grape variety

100% Albana from sapling and guyot systems with a density of 6,500 plants per hectare. Production of 50 quintals of grapes per hectare.

Ground

Clayey limestone, with south-west exposure. Altitude 300/350 m a.s.l.

Collection

By hand, in crates, generally in the second half of September.

Vinification

Soft pressing and white vinification without maceration on the skins. Yield in free-run wine less than 60%. Fermentation and maturation exclusively in steel. Sterile filtration and brief refinement in the bottle. Nomacorc Select Bio 100 caps, with optimal oxygen control.

Tasting notes

Bright straw yellow.

Measured aromas that are expressed gradually
with notes of aromatic herbs, lime, peach and white melon. The sip conquers with a taste full of vibrant freshness and fruity sapidity. Persistent.
Serve at 12 ° C.
