Vinification and ageing:
The harvested grapes are immediately brought
in the cellar where the grapes are carefully
selected, destemmed and delicately pressed.

The alcoholic fermentation takes place in tanks of
stainless steel at a temperature below 16 °C (61
°F) for 12-14 days. The wine was aged in vats
stainless steel for a few months before
of bottling.

Tasting notes:
Straw yellow colour. The pleasant bouquet
it is characterized by lively nuances of fruits
tropical, lime, lemon, peach and floral notes. To the
the palate is fresh and well balanced, characterized
with an excellent structure and a long finish.
The evolution in the bottle enhances the notes of
hydrocarbon, typical of the variety.

Pairings:
Excellent combination with Asian foods, fruits of
sea such as prawns, smoked salmon, dishes
with applesauce and goat cheese.
