Vinification and ageing
The harvested grapes are immediately brought
in the cellar where the grapes are carefully
selected, destemmed and delicately pressed. There
alcoholic fermentation takes place in tanks of
stainless steel at a temperature below 16 °C (61
°F) for 12-14 days. The wine was aged in vats
stainless steel for a few months before
of bottling.

Tasting notes
Bright yellow colour. The nose reveals elegance, the
finesse and aromatic intensity typical of the vine,
with notes of tropical fruits, such as lychee, fruit
of passion, apricot, with a citrus vein
of mandarin and grapefruit, supported by hints
of rose petals.
Pairings
Excellent combination with flavorful vegetables
sweet like pumpkin, roasted paprika, squash,
eggplant and sweet potatoes. Also excellent with chicken
or duck curry and an evergreen pairing
with seafood.
