Vinification and ageing
The harvested grapes are immediately brought
in the cellar where the grapes are carefully
selected, destemmed and delicately pressed. There
alcoholic fermentation takes place in tanks of
stainless steel at a temperature below 16 °C (61
°F) for 12-14 days. The wine was aged in vats
stainless steel for a few months before
of bottling.
Tasting notes
Straw yellow color with golden reflections. To the
nose releases fresh and delicate notes of kiwi,
green apple and elderflower. On the palate it is
fragrant and with great freshness,
characterized by the typical varietal aromas.
Pairings
Excellent pairing with appetizers, white fish,
soups, herb sauces on chicken and tofu.
