Vinification and ageing
The harvested grapes are immediately brought
in the cellar where the grapes are carefully
selected, destemmed and delicately pressed. There
alcoholic fermentation takes place in tanks of
stainless steel at a temperature below 16 °C (61
°F) for 12-14 days. The wine was aged in vats
stainless steel for a few months before
of bottling.
Tasting notes
Straw yellow in color, it releases to the nose
elegant citrus and floral notes, with character
spicy and peppery. On the palate, a marked
freshness and a good structure give
complexity, making the wine extremely
pleasant.
Pairings
Excellent as an aperitif, it goes perfectly
to seafood, fresh and medium cheeses
seasoning, pasta, roast pork.
