Winemaking
The grapes are destemmed and pressed directly. The must obtained remains spontaneously clarified overnight in thermo-conditioned steel tanks. The next day the decanting is carried out and the fermentation begins, for a duration of 15 days at a controlled temperature. This is then followed by refinement on the fine lees for approximately 6 months before final bottling.
