Pure Malvasia. Not certified organic with biodynamic practices. The harvest is done by hand with careful selection of the grapes. Long and delicate pressing, decantation for 24 hours and then settling. Fermentation 90% in stainless steel and 10% in barrique.

Light tobacco aroma with hints of hazelnut and chocolate. Warm mineral flavor of dried fruit.
