Pure Ribolla Gialla. Not certified organic with biodynamic practices. The harvest is done by hand with careful selection of the grapes. The bunches are rigorously selected and harvested by hand, and then subjected to a long soft pressing. Spontaneous fermentation by indigenous yeasts takes place in steel and barriques, where a long period of refinement lasting approximately 12 - 18 months is also carried out

The vineyards, located on soil composed mainly of the so-called flysh - sandstone and limestone material - are treated without chemical aids to best preserve all the unique peculiarities of this territory. Although the cellar is not certified organic, both in the vineyard and in the cellar the delicate and minimally invasive principles of this philosophy are followed: manual harvesting, spontaneous fermentation and no clarification and filtration before bottling represent the cornerstones of the cellar's activity.

It presents itself in the glass in a straw yellow color with golden reflections, accompanied by a complex fruity and floral bouquet which contains notes of citrus, honey and dried figs. Finally, when tasted, there is an elegant but complex sip, characterized by freshness and minerality.
