Pure Pinot Grigio from spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts.

White vinification and contact with the skins for a few hours transfer the characteristic copper color to the wine. Only steel, low alcohol content and indigenous yeasts.

Spontaneous fermentation and unfiltered.

Hints of yellow pulp fruit and aromatic herbs. The entry into the mouth is delicate, as is the persistence which leaves a barely hinted savory note, which the freshness carries forward.

You can't taste the peel unless you finish it in your mouth, but it's part of the whole.
