Pinot Grigio Sanct Valentin was born in 1986, when - by making the first blend selections from different vineyards - for the first time it was vinified in purity and aged in small barrels. The expressive Pinot Grigio Sanct Valentin convinces with the perfect integration of acidity, strength and concentration. It is one of the most gifted Italian Pinot Grigios and offers excellent drinking even after many years of aging.

HARVEST
late September to early October; manual harvesting and selection of grapes.

WINEMAKING
fermentation, malolactic and aging on the yeasts in barrique-tonneau. The assembly takes place after almost a year followed by a further refinement of at least eight months in cement barrels.
