Alcohol content: 14.5%
Winemaking: Harvest and selection of grapes by hand, maceration on the skins with gentle pressing. Slow fermentation in 500 liter oak barrels. Separate aging for 36 months on the whole lees in barrels.
Blending: creation of the desired cuvée at the end of 2021
