Vineyard 20 year old vines, organically grown. The vines are trained on a trellis and stripped of their leaves. The lands are plowed.


Vinification and aging Pneumatic pressing with juice selection. Cold decantation. Fermentation with native yeasts.

Aging for 9 to 12 months on the yeasts, in underground vats, with continuous batonnage.

Food and wine pairing Aperitif, grilled sardines, seafood.

Near the confluence of the Sèvre and Maine rivers, the historical and geographical heart of the Muscadet appellation, we grow the Aulnaye vineyard.

On a beautiful gneiss hill, facing east, the Melon vines draw iodine freshness, minerality and intense fruity notes from this terroir.
