VINIFICATION: Slow pressing of the bunches (6-8 hours) and passage of the must in steel, where it remains for 2 days before being transferred to oak barrels, where fermentation takes place.

COLOR: Golden yellow.

FRAGRANCE: On the nose it is intense and full of nuances, with notes of white fruit clearly in evidence.

PAIRINGS: Perfect for aperitif time. Serving temperature: 12-14°C.
