Domaine d’Elise: a success story in Chablis, a land of lush vineyards and rolling hills. The company, founded by Frédéric Prain, an eclectic Parisian engineer, is named after his muse, his wife Elise. We are in the northern part of Burgundy, where the cool climate and the calcareous-marly soil create an ideal terroir for growing Chardonnay.

Fresh, precise, finely chalky and inviting, it recalls aromas of white flowers with light vegetal touches. On the palate it is pulpy in yellow fruit with a harmonious and mineral finish.

Vinification:

Pneumatic pressing, clarification and stabilization of the must (débourbage) before fermentation in cement tanks lined with stainless steel at a controlled temperature. Malolactic fermentation. Aging on the fine lees for 10 months.
