Thanks to this new approach, the territory regains its true identity, considered the basis for the growth and enhancement of all the wines produced.

Baccarato is produced with 100% Famoso grapes, it presents itself to the eye with a fairly consistent straw yellow color. Intense and complex aromas arrive on the nose, with floral aromas of white and yellow flowers, as well as delicate fruity hints. The sip is soft and warm, with good flavor and freshness.

It is recommended to sip it as an aperitif or in combination with fish dishes; it is also excellent with white meats and delicate cold cuts, vegetables, rice or chicken salads, broth soups and vegetable minestrone.
