In the Santa Lucia estate in Mercato Saraceno all the vineyards are cultivated according to organic farming methods, with espalier and Guyot pruning systems.
In recent years surprising results have been achieved by considering the influence of the lunar phases (both in the countryside and in the cellar) by putting the Biodynamic philosophy into practice.
Thanks to this new approach, the territory regains its true identity, considered the basis for the growth and enhancement of all the wines produced.
Refinement: 8 months in steel, 4 months in bottle.
Vinification: Soft pressing of the whole bunch, cold static decantation of the must, spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts at a controlled temperature in steel.
Color: Straw yellow with golden reflections.
Perfume: The nose is fine, intense with very pleasant hints of yellow flowers such as broom and wild chamomile, ripe yellow fruits.
Taste: In the mouth it is dry, balanced and round. Fresh with a tasty finish.
Pairings: Excellent with fish salads, seafood risottos, first courses with fish sauces, cheeses or vegetables, omelettes and tortillas, white meats, boiled meats, cheeses.
