Xoriguer Gin: the ancient Mediterranean gin
Xoriguer is a Gin born from the distillation of a high quality wine alcohol with a mixture of juniper berries collected in the heart of the Mediterranean mountains and other aromatic herbs. Thanks to its unique character and the distillation of natural products, Xoriguer Gin is free from any additives.

The history of this Xoriguer Gin begins way back in 1750, when a craftsman from Minorca combined the recipes of Dutch Genever and English Gin, creating a completely original drink. In 1940 Miguel Pons Justo decided to reproduce the recipe in his distillery in the port of Mahon, on the island of Minorca, where it is still produced with the same traditional methods and techniques.
