To celebrate the centenary of DOMENIS1898, a grappa with an important, fine and balanced character.
 
Strongly aromatic yet round, it amazes for the infinite sensations it offers for tasting.
Certainly meditation, slowly, to let yourself be pervaded by the thousand bouquets on your nose and sensations in your mouth.

The pomace is removed fresh, even fermented, from selected suppliers.
The distillation takes place in a discontinuous plant with eight copper stills, with direct steam.
The use of direct steam at a low temperature (just over 100 °), which is blown in the distillation at the base of the stills, makes it possible to extract the volatile components from the mass of the pomace without damaging them, especially the aromatic ones.
The origin from the pomace of white grapes contributes to denote a strong aromatic personality, the contribution of the pomace of black grapes gives unmistakable roundness and harmony.
The gradation chosen for this grappa (60 °) clearly enhances the typical aromatic charge of grappa with an incredible softness in spite of the important alcohol content, while maintaining an elegant balance and a prolonged pleasant persistence.
